Phusion takes reasonable precautions to protect the personal information provided to us through physical, electronic and administrative safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure; however, it is possible that such measures may not stop every intrusion attempt.
Distributors should ensure that they keep their account username and password in a secure place and not share the information with others. We will keep personal information until it is no longer needed for our legitimate business, tax or legal purposes.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), which provides California Consumers certain rights regarding their Personal Information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, became effective on January 1, 2020. As of that date, the California Attorney General had not completed the rule making process to establish the regulations for businesses to implement the law.

Applicant CCPA Pre-Collection Notice
We collect Personal Information from you in connection with your application for employment with Phusion Projects, including the following categories of PI: identifiers, personal records, commercial information, professional or employment information, non-public education records, and inferences drawn from your PI. We collect your PI for our purposes, including performing services and operations related to your potential employment.
