Four Loko and O2 Academy venues ticket Competition exclusively in Asda Daily stores
Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by Red Star Brands Ltd, distributor of Four Loko in the UK, with its registered office at Suite 1A, Cadogan House, 322 Lisburn Road, Belfast, BT9 6GH (“the Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
The following are not eligible to enter:
•Employees of Red Star Brands Ltd
•Employees of Asda Stores Ltd
•Their immediate families
•Anyone professionally connected with the promotion
Proof of age and eligibility may be required.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion will run from 21st May 2026 to 6th August 2026 (inclusive).
The promotion is split into two entry periods:
•Period 1: 21st May 2026 – 30th June 2026
•Period 2: 1st July 2026 – 6th August 2026
Entries received outside of these periods will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1.Scan the QR code on promotional Four Loko in-store materials
2.Complete the online entry form including:
oConfirmation they are aged 18 or over
oFull name
oEmail address
oPhone number
Entry conditions:
•Maximum of one entry per person
•Entries submitted via automated means or intended to manipulate the promotion will be disqualified
5. The Prize
There will be 8 winners per promotional period (16 winners total).
Each winner will receive:
•One pair of tickets (2 tickets) to a live UK event at a participating venue
•One case of Four Loko
Prize conditions:
•Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash or alternative will be offered
•Prizes cannot be deferred
•The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary
•Event selection is subject to availability and Promoter confirmation
•Tickets must be used before 31stDecember 2026.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received within each promotional period.
7. Winner Notification
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact winners via email within 3 business days of the end of each promotional period.
•Winners must respond within 5 days of initial contact
•Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternative winner
8. Prize & Ticket Conditions
•All winners and their guests must be 18 years or over and may be required to show valid ID
•Winners must confirm their chosen event within 48 hours to secure tickets
•Availability of events is subject to Promoter approval; while first choice will be considered, an alternative may be offered where necessary
The prize:
•Does not include travel, accommodation, food, or beverages
•Must not be resold, transferred, or exchanged; any attempt to do so will void the prize
The Promoter is not responsible for:
•Event cancellations, postponements, or changes
•Any costs incurred outside of the stated prize

10. Venue & O2 Academy Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with O2 Academy venues, their operators, or any participating venue group.
All winners and guests agree to comply with the terms and conditions, entry policies, and codes of conduct of the relevant venue.
•Entry may be refused if individuals are intoxicated or behaving irresponsibly•
If entry is refused, tickets will not be replaced and access to future prize events may be withdrawn
•Venue policies apply to all tickets and events; winners should refer to the relevant venue website for full details
11. Responsible Drinking
Four Loko is an alcoholic product. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and does not promote excessive consumption.
12. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries, including proof of age and identity, and to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
13. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed only for the administration of this promotion unless consent is provided for marketing.
All data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
•Technical issues affecting entry submissions
•Lost, delayed, or incomplete entries
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
15. Retailer Disclaimer
Asda Stores Ltd is not the promoter of this promotion and is not responsible for its administration, winner selection, or prize fulfilment.
16. Promoter Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
17. Publicity
Winners may be invited to participate in publicity. Participation is optional and subject to consent.
18. Winner Details
The surname and county of winners may be obtained by submitting a request to the Promoter within 28 days of 6th August 2026.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
