Terms and Conditions

Prize:

15 entrants will win:

2x Tickets to one gig at Utilita Arena Cardiff, Edinburgh Corn Exchange or O2 Academy venues of the winner’s choice. Shows are subject to availability and must be used for a gig in 2026.

Competition winners will be picked at random by XX/XX/XX

Prize must be claimed and tickets choices must be provided within 14 days from the date of initial winner communication. 

Winners will either be emailed tickets or be required to pick up their tickets from the box office at the venue. Max 1 entry. Max 1 Prize p/person. 

We are offering a music fan the chance to win a pair of tickets at an O2 Academy Venue. By completing the entry form you are entering the competition and you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions (the “T&Cs”). 

1.    Complete the entry form to submit competition entry.

2.    Customer will win a pair of standard tickets to one show at an O2 Academy venue or edinburgh corn exchange or utilita arena cardiff and/ (the “Prize”). Competition winners will be picked at random all the competition entries by XX/XX/XX. AMG (owner of O2 Academy) will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners (via their email address) within 7 business days. If having made such efforts within 24 hours, it is not possible to contact a winner, AMG reserves the right to offer the prize to the next valid entrant drawn at random. Prizes cannot be deferred or transferred, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.

5.    Winner of the prizes agree to comply with all the terms and conditions applicable to the prize and use of the prize. The prize must not be sold on or transferred and will be cancelled if done so.  The prize does not cover any costs or expenses relating to travel or accommodation.

6.    Availability of shows will be subject to AMG confirmation who will endeavour to allow first choice of show but may not always be possible , AMG will provide an alternative show with availability. Responses will be required from winner within 48 hours to secure the tickets for the chosen show.  

7.    The competition is open to customers aged 18 years of age or over. 

8.    Personal data collected from customers entering into this competition will be stored, managed and used in accordance with our privacy policy.

9.    The competition and these T&Cs will be governed by the laws of England & Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales

10.    At the O2 Academy venue you will be subject to the venue’s code of conduct and we reserve the right to refuse entry and service of any customer who appears to be intoxicated or drinking irresponsibly  

11.     If you are refused entry to an O2 Academy venue we reserve the right to not permit entry to any future shows as part of this prize and the tickets will not be replaced with others
