1. Promoter
This promotion is operated by Red Star Brands Ltd & Richmond Marketing, distributor of Four Loko in the UK, registered at:

("the Promoter").
2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over only.
Entrants must:
•Be aged 18+
•Reside in the UK
•Provide valid ID & contact details
The following are not eligible:
•Employees of Red Star Brands Ltd& Richmond Marketing
•Immediate family members of Red Star Brands Ltd &Richmond Marketing employees
•Anyone professionally connected with the administration of this promotion
Proof of age and identity may be requested before prizes are awarded.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at:
00:01 BST on 1 September 2026
and closes at:
23:59 BST on 16 October 2026
Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter:
1.Purchase a participating Four Loko product.
2.Scan the promotional QR code.
3.Complete the online entry form.4.Submit your details.
Entrants will be asked to provide:
•Full Name
•Email Address
•Mobile Number
•Date of Birth
•Confirmation that they are over 18
•Acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
•Marketing consent (optional)
No purchase is necessary where prohibited by law.
5. Promotional Products
Participating promotional point of sale carrying promotional QR codes may vary by retailer.
6. Instant Win Mechanic
Following submission of a valid entry, participants will discover immediately whether they have won an instant prize.
Winners are entirely random and pre-allocated by an independent system.
400 instant win prizes to be won. If you do not win an instant prize you will still be put into the grand prize draw.
All instant win prizes will be shipped within 10 working days.
Promoter accepts no responsibility for 3rd party delivery delays or losses.
7. Instant Win Prizes

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

8. Grand Prize Draw
Every valid entry submitted during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize Draw.
There will be:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner
The winner will receive:
A trip for four (4) people to Las Vegas, USA to attend EDC Las Vegas 2027.
The prize includes:
•Return economy flights from a UK airport
•Hotel accommodation
•Four festival tickets to EDC Festival
Approximate travel dates will be confirmed nearer the event.
Please note: The legal drinking age in the United States is 21 years. Any participant wishing to consume alcohol during the prize trip must be aged 21 years or over and may be required to present valid government-issued photographic identification as proof of age.
9. Grand Prize Exclusions
Unless specifically stated, the prize does NOT include:
•Spending money
•Meals
•Drinks
•Travel insurance
•ESTA applications
•Passports
•Visas
•Personal expenses
•Upgrades
•Additional excursions
Winners are responsible for ensuring all travellers have valid passports and travel documentation.
10. Prize Conditions
Prizes:
•Cannot be exchanged
•Cannot be transferred
•Cannot be resold
•Have no cash alternative
If any prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to replace it with one of equal or greater value.
11. Winner Selection
Instant winners are selected using a secure random winning moment system.
The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
12. Winner Notification
Instant winners will be notified immediately on-screen.
The Grand Prize winner will be contacted via email and/or telephone within 14 days of the competition closing.
If a winner cannot be contacted within seven 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.
13. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to:

•Request proof of age
•Request proof of identity
•Request proof of address
Fraudulent entries may be removed without notice.
14. Entry Restrictions
Maximum: 1 entry per person per day.
•One prize per household
•One instant prize per person
Multiple entries may be submitted unless otherwise stated.
Automated entries are prohibited.
Entries generated by bots or software will be disqualified.
15. Responsible Drinking
Four Loko is an alcoholic beverage.
The Promoter encourages responsible drinking.
Please drink responsibly.
No alcohol is awarded to anyone under the age of 18.
16. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed solely for:
•Administering this promotion
•Contacting winners
•Prize fulfilment
Where consent has been given, entrants may receive future marketing communications.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with:

Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
17. Publicity
The Grand Prize winner may be invited to participate in publicity including social media.
Participation is voluntary.
18. Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
•Lost entries
•Delayed entries
•Technical failures
•Website outages
•Network issues
•Force Majeure events
•QR code scanning failures beyond its reasonable control
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
19. Fraud
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes:
•Fraud has occurred
•The promotion has been manipulated|•False information has been supplied
•These Terms have been breached
20. Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.
21. Travel
The Grand Prize is subject to airline, hotel and festival availability.
Should EDC Las Vegas 2027 be cancelled, postponed or materially changed, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal value.
The Promoter is not responsible for:
•Flight delays
•Visa refusals
•Travel disruption
•Event cancellation outside its control
•Or any loss or damage to personal items while away during the trip.
22. General
Entry into this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter's decision is final.
No correspondence will be entered into.
23. Winner Information
The surname and county of the Grand Prize winner will be available for 28 days following the prize draw.

24. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
